Each service is individually prepared and performed specifically for you using the information you provide when placing your order.
As these services are personalised, they generally enter our fulfilment process shortly after your order is placed. Once your order has entered fulfilment or work has commenced, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
If you believe you have made an error when placing your order, please contact us immediately at kristy@magicalrealm.com.au. If your order has not yet entered fulfilment, we may be able to assist at our discretion.
Digital Products & Online Services
All digital products and online services, including personalised rituals, energy healings, tarot readings, spell work, activations, downloadable guides, meditations, courses, masterclasses, recordings, and other digital content, are non-refundable.
Once your personalised service has entered our fulfilment process or work has commenced, or once access to a digital product has been provided, your purchase cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your digital purchase or have concerns about receiving your online service, please contact us at kristy@magicalrealm.com.au, and we will gladly assist you.
Change of Mind
We understand that circumstances can change.
If you wish to cancel your order due to a change of mind, please contact us immediately at kristy@magicalrealm.com.au.
As our personalised spiritual services generally enter our fulfilment process shortly after an order is placed, it is important that you notify us as soon as possible. If we have already begun preparing or performing your ritual, healing, tarot reading, or other personalised service, we will be unable to cancel or refund your order.
If your order has not yet entered fulfilment, we may approve a cancellation and issue a refund at our discretion.
Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method. While we process approved refunds promptly, your bank or payment provider may take between 2 and 10 business days to process and return the funds to your account.
